Following Claire Hunt's Amazing Charity Skydive
for Road Safety Charity 'BRAKE'
at Whitchurch Airfield, Shropshire
Friday 25th May 2007
Brake is a national road safety charity that works to stop death and injury on UK roads and to support people who have been bereaved or injured by a road crash. Brake runs Road Safety Week, a national awareness-raising initiative in schools, companies and communities, conducts research into the cause of crashes to inform the government and road users, runs an education service for employers to teach them about their responsibilities for safety when running fleets of vehicles and shouts loudly in the media about the importance of road safety to influence drivers to take more care.

Claire & Ryan (Rye)
My beautiful, precious husband Ryan died on the 25th May 2006. He was involved in a terrible road collision. The driver of an industrial skip wagon failed to observe the road properly, did not indicate and did not check his mirror before turning left into the Road in which Ryan was already crossing! This resulted in the untimely and unnessary death of my soulmate.
To find out more about Ryan, please visit his memorial site. It would be lovely if you would light a candle in Ryan's memory. Visit- http://rye.gonetoosoon.co.uk/
On the 25th May 2007, myself and two of Ryan's close friends, Ian Gould and Darren smallman will be marking the anniversary of Ryan's death by doing a tandem skydive in his honour and to raise money for Brake, the road safety charity.
Claire has provided details of the Tandem Skydive she, Ian and Darren will be doing on the 25th of May 07
The Jump will take place at Tilstock Airfield on the A41, 3 miles south of Whitchurch, Shropshire on Friday 25th May 2007 - The first Anniversary of the tragic loss of Claire's Husband - Ryan.
